Human class.
A kind-hearted boy who loves his mother more than anyone.
As a child, he suffered terribly at the hands of a wizard who came to his village.
Ever since, he has harbored an intense hatred toward wizards.
Still, in order to earn the reward money that's needed to get his beloved mother into a good hospital, he decides to enroll in Lilac Academy—the very place where the wizards he despises reside.

Wizard class.
The first student in history who's repeating a year at Lilac Academy.
Normally, students are expelled if they're unable to pass their finals, but since Henri is from an especially distinguished family, an exception was made to give him a second chance.
He's cheerful and friendly, and he doesn't sweat the small stuff—a trait typical of wizards.
Even though he often fails when casting spells, he never doubts that he'll succeed next time.
While Henri uses his magic with the best intentions, he often accidentally ends up causing headaches for Emil.

Human class.
A caring and considerate boy the whole human class looks up to as a leader.
Trusted even by the professors, Lyla is a rare model student among an academy full of misfits.
While he's of the highest social standing in the human class, he never flaunts his status and treats everybody as equals.
He shares a dorm room with Emil and is his closest confidant.

Wizard class.
Patollo's introverted personality and negative way of thinking has earned him the reputation of the most unwizardlike wizard at the academy.
His cowardice and overly dramatic reactions tend to be a source of amusement for the other wizards, and they often tease and play pranks on him.
He tries his best not to make others uncomfortable, but his attempts often miss their mark, so saying "sorry" has become second nature to him.

Human class.
A quiet boy with a mature aura about him.
He cares about his friends and never hesitates to help when he sees someone struggling.
Despite his calm and cool demeanor, he can actually be quite clumsy. He sometimes misinterprets what others are saying and ends up doing some very strange things as a result.

Wizard class.
Violet has an especially strong sense of pride and an obsession with becoming the best at everything.
When he becomes too focused on his goals, he loses sight of his surroundings and fails to achieve the desired results.
Violet highly respects his father, a politician who looks down on ordinary people—especially humans. Because he was raised with those beliefs, he considers the human class students unworthy of his grace.

Human class.
An extremely strong boy who's able to take on a wild boar with his bare hands.
He has trouble controlling his power—his vise-grip handshake has resulted in many broken bones.
Lynn doesn't dwell on his mistakes and tries to forget them as soon as possible, which often leads him to make the same mistakes again.
However, his classmates still love him for his energetic and friendly nature.

Wizard class.
A boy who loves good food and always seems to be hungry.
Cooking is his specialty, and he often cooks or bakes treats for his dormmates.
Sometimes his food pairings are a bit questionable, but the wizard class students don't seem to mind and will happily eat anything Aether makes.
He's kind and tends to prioritize others' needs above his own, but this doesn't bother him at all.

Human class.
A painfully shy boy. He ends up stuttering more often than not, so he usually ends up saying nothing.
Nobody in his class has ever heard him speak up.
However, it's not as if Noa dislikes his classmates. In fact, he was kind enough to lend Emil his notes when he joined the class a week late.
His grades are among the highest at the academy, and he never forgets anything he reads or hears.

Wizard class.
A fun-loving boy who loves to play pranks with his twin brother Pioni, another student in the wizard class.
Student or professor, nobody is safe from the twins' mischief.
Sometimes they get scolded for taking their pranks too far, but Vivi is quick to forget the consequences. He enjoys their victims' reactions far too much to quit.

Human class.
The biggest wizardaholic in the whole academy, he knows more about wizards than anybody else. Ask him a single question, and he's able to ramble for hours on the subject.
He can get rash whenever wizards are concerned. He's often found sneaking into the library in search of more knowledge or peeking into the wizard class's dormitory.

Wizard class.
A fun-loving boy who loves to play pranks with his twin brother Vivi, another student in the wizard class.

The human class's homeroom teacher.
Ever serious, he teaches his students with a strict hand.
Garcia and Love are old friends, and Garcia often finds himself at the mercy of Love's whimsies. However, he knows that Love is incorrigible and has more or less accepted his fate.

The wizard class' homeroom teacher.。
Befitting of their moniker, "The Wizard of Passion," their hobby is talking about all things l-o-v-e.
Love has a vivid imagination and tends to jump to conclusions whenever their old buddy Garcia is concerned.
They prefer for their students to call them "Miss Love" rather than "Professor Love."

The potions teacher.
Born out of the union between a human and a wizard, he suffers from a weak constitution and often looks pale.
He used to work odd jobs at Lilac Academy, which led to him becoming friends with academy students Garcia and Love.
After receiving recommendations from his friends, who had both become professors, he officially became a faculty member.

Vlad was once a member of the Lilac Spell Corps and is known as a living legend among wizard fans.
As his moniker, "The Wizard of Blood," implies, he's famed for the fierce battles he fought while in active service.
He became a professor at Lilac Academy after retiring and now dedicates himself to training the next generation.
His harsh training methods stem from the kindness of his heart. All he wants is for his students to survive when they join the Spell Corps.
